Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions.
• Assist clients in navigating our virtual assistant services, ensuring they receive the support they need.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer experience.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about new services and industry best practices.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application and/or C.V.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistant services is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
