Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, offering accurate information and resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring thorough records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry trends.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• A strong commitment to providing high-level customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or a technical background in home appliances is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
