Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback about online educational products.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve service quality.
• Work collaboratively with the education team to boost user satisfaction and experience.
• Engage in training sessions to remain updated on products and customer service practices.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated.
• Strong interest in online education and technology.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
