Czech Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to contribute to enhancing the grocery shopping experience for Czech-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding grocery delivery services.
• Handle order placements, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with any issues related to their orders including delivery scheduling or product availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers about services offered, promotions, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and delivery processes.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about grocery delivery services.
