Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records in the company's system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product developments to enhance customer support.
• Promote a positive company image and contribute to the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for technology and a strong interest in telecommunications.
