Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients in the Online Learning & EdTech sector through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about online courses, learning platforms, and educational resources.
• Guide users through the registration, enrollment, and troubleshooting processes to ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including educators and technical support, to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings and the latest developments in the EdTech industry.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for service improvement.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the education or technology sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for education and technology, with a willingness to learn about online learning solutions.
