Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, installation processes, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company’s system.
• Stay updated on the latest smart home technologies and product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues and enhance overall service quality.
• Promote a positive and engaging customer experience, representing the company’s values in all interactions.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or smart home sector.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for technology and a drive to help customers incorporate smart solutions into their lives.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
