This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and are committed to delivering excellent support to clients in the German market.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients by addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in understanding the various digital marketing services offered and how they can benefit their businesses.
• Handle technical questions, provide solutions, and guide clients through the process of implementing SEO strategies.
• Manage clients' accounts, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and insights from clients to enhance service offerings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or a technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards client issues.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and SEO practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends.
