This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and enjoy assisting customers in navigating an online marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers regarding their inquiries about the online marketplace platform via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with account setup, product listings, orders, and payment issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance user experience.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to address customer needs.
• Stay updated on platform features and policies to provide knowledgeable support to users.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for ongoing service improvement.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or service, particularly in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring customer-centric service delivery.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Quick problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
