Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking users of virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, job postings, and payment processing.
• Effectively resolve user issues and complaints, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications proficiently.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex queries and improve platform functionality.
• Educate users about platform features, best practices, and compliance with usage policies.
• Gather user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and platform offerings.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or online platforms preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.
• Competency in using CRM tools and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
