Polish Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist to work remotely in Greece. This position is specifically designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service within the hospitality sector and are fluent in Polish. You will play a critical role in assisting Polish-speaking clients with their accommodation-related needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients looking for accommodation options.
• Manage the booking process, including handling inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Deliver detailed information regarding accommodation services, policies, amenities, and local attractions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers.
• Proactively address any client issues or special requests to guarantee satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the booking system.
• Stay informed about local accommodations and industry trends to provide effective recommendations.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a travel-related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to enhancing the client experience.
• Ability to efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Proficient in using booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the desire to help clients find their ideal accommodations.
