We are currently looking for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant for our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Portuguese-speaking clients to assess their IT support needs and offer customized cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ IT infrastructures to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in IT support and cybersecurity to ensure robust protection against threats.
• Deliver training sessions for clients to maximize the effectiveness of implemented cybersecurity measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT support services and cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT support and cybersecurity technologies.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in IT support or cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on client interaction.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in assessments.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and succinct manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity tools.
• Self-driven and proactive in building and maintaining client relationships.
