This role provides an exciting chance to support customers passionate about fitness and sports gear while representing a reputable company in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitness and sports equipment, including product information, availability, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide technical support as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively and promote related products.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to customer service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports equipment sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Familiarity with fitness and sports equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
