This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to smart home products, installation procedures, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex smart home technology issues.
• Stay updated on the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Promote a customer-centric approach by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in smart home technology and a passion for helping customers.
