Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, scheduling, service details, and policies.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to address customer needs efficiently.
• Inform customers about available services, travel options, and safety protocols.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to service improvements.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or travel industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
