We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and looking to assist Spanish-speaking clients in managing their virtual assistance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and project details.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
• Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on available services, tools, and best practices for maximizing their virtual assistant experience.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an online or virtual assistance environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
