We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about customer service and want to assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating our virtual assistant services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about service offerings, pricing, and how to effectively utilize virtual assistant solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding questions or requests.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and train clients on using virtual assistant tools.
• Stay informed about the latest services and features to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather client feedback to support ongoing improvements to our offerings.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistance or administrative support context.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
