Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German for food delivery inquiries
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues effectively
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality
• Stay informed about current promotions, menu items, and service updates

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
• Familiarity with food delivery platforms and customer management systems is a plus
