Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in German for home entertainment systems inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Educate customers on product features, setup, and best practices
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about product launches and updates

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Genuine interest in home entertainment systems and technology
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries
