Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding IT support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and assist with basic technical issues relating to hardware and software.
• Document customer interactions and maintain thorough records of support activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your technical and customer service skills.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being attentive and responsive to client needs.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• No previous experience required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates.
• Interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a remote team.
