Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Assist in refining customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve service delivery and offerings.
• Participate in training programs to expand your knowledge of products and enhance customer service techniques.
• Promote a positive experience by building rapport with customers and addressing their needs.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools preferred.
• Desire to work in an international setting and experience living in Athens.
