Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding electronics support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to electronics products, including installation and usage issues.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain quality standards in customer service.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in electronics support or technical customer service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronics and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with common electronics and technical concepts.
• Proficient in using various computer systems and support software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Valid European Passport or ID.
