Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with inquiries about grocery delivery services, orders, and account management.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of service.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality.
• Stay informed about grocery products, delivery processes, and promotions.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or grocery services, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with grocery products and delivery operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
