Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Online Marketplace Platform Department

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
• Address customer inquiries regarding the online marketplace platform.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints.
• Educate customers about product features and guides to enhance their user experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain updated records for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance service quality.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and technology.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
