Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries about electronic products and address their concerns.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues with professionalism.
• Guide customers through product usage, features, and troubleshooting processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in electronics and technology products is preferred.
