Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Portuguese to understand their ticketing and event management requirements.
• Provide tailored consultations on the effective use of online ticketing systems.
• Assist clients in developing strategies to optimize their event offerings.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure clients make the most of available platforms.
• Work with internal teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in online ticketing and event management solutions.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and feedback.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
