Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat channels in Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to groceries, order status, and delivery options.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and service offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or retail sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with grocery delivery services and online shopping is a plus.
• Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
