Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages for home entertainment products
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Assist customers with product setup, usage, and features
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with technical experts to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Stay informed about new product releases and industry trends
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
