Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Nordic languages for the online marketplace platform
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and product information
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered by users
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality
• Stay informed on platform updates and marketplace trends to better assist customers

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
