Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Portuguese for content creators
• Assist with inquiries related to content creation, publishing, and platform features
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer support
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
• Stay informed about trends in the online content industry and provide insightful feedback

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Familiarity with online content creation tools is a plus
