Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues with electronic devices and guide customers to effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical information to provide informed support to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the electronics field.
  • Solid understanding of electronics and effective troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on customer service needs.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece, holding a valid European Passport or ID.
