As a Fashion E-Commerce Support Agent, you'll be the go-to support for our Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with assistance on their fashion inquiries. This position not only allows you to develop valuable customer service skills but also helps you immerse yourself in the exciting realm of fashion e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their fashion-related inquiries.
• Provide clear and helpful information about products, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Document customer interactions accurately to uphold quality service standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Stay informed about the latest products and current fashion trends.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service processes continuously.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• No previous experience necessary; a willingness to learn and grow is a must.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Interest in fashion and an understanding of e-commerce is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
