Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their rental inquiries and bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding car rental options, policies, and pricing.
• Resolve any issues or inquiries customers may have in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records for follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with available vehicle options, special promotions, and company updates.
• Report customer feedback to management to help enhance the customer experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to efficiently solve problems and cater to customer needs.
• Familiarity with technology and customer service software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
