Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues related to the search engine's services, tools, and features.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshoot resolutions via the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to convey user feedback and enhance service quality.

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) alongside strong English communication skills.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, particularly for online platforms.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
