Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding a variety of banking products and services.

• Document customer communications accurately and maintain meticulous records in our systems.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Experience in customer service or support roles, particularly within the banking or financial industry, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication abilities, focusing on clear and effective customer assistance.
• Proficiency with customer service software; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
