Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries and providing top-notch support.
• Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer accurate and relevant assistance.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues, enhancing their overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to assure ongoing satisfaction and gather valuable insights.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and propose improvements to our services.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• An interest in online media and familiarity with trends in the industry.
