Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch, helping users navigate the online streaming platform effectively.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system for continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues related to streaming services.
• Stay updated on the latest content offerings, platform features, and promotional campaigns to inform customers accurately.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance that meets their expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve service delivery and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch, with strong command of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, particularly in the online entertainment or streaming sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to service delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with customers.
