Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries regarding IT services and technical issues promptly.
• Guide clients on effectively utilizing the company’s products, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from the services.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Inform customers about new features, updates, and relevant IT practices to enhance their user experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product developments and industry advancements.

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English are essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of addressing technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with IT systems, helpdesk tools, and software applications is advantageous.
