Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through various mediums (phone, email, and chat).

• Guide clients in navigating our digital platforms and using our services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Work closely with the support team to enhance service quality and share knowledge.
• Stay informed about current product features and technical advances relevant to the service.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your technical skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with digital technologies and online troubleshooting practices.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
