Responsibilities

• Develop and design customized travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs and desires of clients.
• Communicate with clients in Dutch to offer expert travel advice and support throughout the booking process.
• Oversee the logistics of bookings, cancellations, and modifications to guarantee a hassle-free experience.
• Conduct research on destinations, accommodations, and activities to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Address and resolve any travel-related inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to enhance service quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and new offerings to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.

• Fluent in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer service role is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing travel arrangements.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is advantageous.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for familiarization trips or events when required.
