Responsibilities

• Craft and develop customized travel itineraries that reflect clients’ individual interests and specifications.
• Interact with clients in Dutch, providing expert travel guidance and support throughout the booking process.
• Handle all aspects of bookings, cancellations, and modifications to guarantee a smooth travel experience.
• Perform thorough research on destinations, accommodations, and activities to give clients the best recommendations.
• Resolve any travel-related inquiries or issues with promptness and professionalism.
• Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and partners to enhance service delivery.
• Remain up to date on travel industry trends, regulations, and new offerings to provide clients with knowledgeable insights.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in managing travel arrangements.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with travel booking systems and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is advantageous.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for familiarization trips or industry events when required.
