You will assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless viewing experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service in Finnish, assisting users with questions about subscriptions, account management, and technical support related to the streaming service.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying problems and implementing solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in order to provide consistent support and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized knowledge.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the platform's offerings, features, and content to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Finnish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or media sector, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for accurate record-keeping and task management.
  • A genuine interest in video streaming services and entertainment is beneficial; however, relevant training will be provided.
