Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers requiring emergency roadside assistance.
• Assess the specifics of each emergency request to determine the appropriate response and resources.
• Provide continuous communication and support to clients during their assistance process.
• Coordinate with local service providers to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions for quality assurance.
• Engage in ongoing efforts to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance roles is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing top-tier client care.
• Familiarity with roadside assistance operations or automotive knowledge is preferred.
