In this role, you will support French-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries, providing guidance on banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding banking products and services in French.
• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
• Identify and resolve banking service-related issues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate clients about banking policies, procedures, and new service features available.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the service experience and client satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain informed about banking regulations and industry best practices.

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the banking or financial services industry, is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM software and banking applications; knowledge of compliance frameworks is a plus.
