German speaking Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting our clients' German-speaking customers by providing excellent service and support in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing information and assistance regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
