Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for German-speaking clients on matters concerning digital trust and security.
• Provide education on digital privacy, data protection, and security best practices to ensure client compliance with regulations.
• Manage inquiries related to digital fraud, identity protection, and any security incidents impacting clients.
• Analyze trends in digital trust and compile reports for stakeholders based on client interactions.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to create resources and materials that foster understanding of digital security.
• Document client communications and interactions accurately in the support platform.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital security advancements to offer clients actionable insights.

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Experience in digital security, IT services, or customer support preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities with the skill to convey technical information simply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with relevant technological tools and a readiness to learn new platforms.
