Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
• Educate clients on product features and provide best practices to enhance their user experience.

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors is an advantage.
