German speaking Technical Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opening for a German-speaking Technical Support Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and are committed to providing top-notch customer service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive effective solutions promptly.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent technical support to German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of technical issues related to our company products and services.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to optimize their use of the technology.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and address complex technical problems.
  • Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the support ticketing system.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed advice and assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training and self-development opportunities to enhance personal skills and team effectiveness.
  • Fluency in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and technical support processes is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive approach to helping clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
