Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and providing top-notch support.
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share valuable insights and feedback from customers, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met and gather additional feedback.
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and drive service enhancements.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in online media and an awareness of relevant industry trends.
