Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and providing top-notch support.
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share valuable insights and feedback from customers, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met and gather additional feedback.
• Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and drive service enhancements.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in online media and an awareness of relevant industry trends.
