Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Guide clients through the use of our products and services with clear, concise instructions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to quickly escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document all client interactions and troubleshooting steps in our support system accurately.
• Educate customers about new features and upcoming updates to enhance their overall experience.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on IT trends and product knowledge.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic familiarity with IT systems, software applications, and helpdesk solutions is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team player.
• Flexibility to work varied hours if necessary, including evenings and weekends.
